Panel discussion IT4ALL: Opportunity for everyone

Written by Veronika Miškech Fričová on . Posted in Uncategorized

Our project IT4ALL creates opportunities for people with disabilities and socially marginalised people to access employment within the IT sector. IT4ALL aims to dismantle the barriers that prevent integration of socially disadvantaged candidates into the IT working environment.

Together with our project partners, we would like to invite you for a panel discussion IT4ALL: Opportunity for everyone on Thursday the 24th May in Košice.

The panel discussions will be exploring the following questions:

  • Are IT employers ready to offer job opportunities to everyone?
  • Are job seekers with special needs ready to integrate into IT work environment?

We will be searching for answers together with employers, personal agencies, a social psychologist, project partners from Germany, Hungary and Slovakia, project participants and hopefully also with you.

Join us to learn about the approach to integration of socially disadvantaged people into the working environment of the German organisation, Christliche Jugrndofwerk Deutschlands, as well as about relevant programmes of IT companies T-Systems Slovakia, IT Services Hungary and Ness KDC.

The event also features representatives from Grafton Recruitment Slovakia, VÚC KSK, and a social psychologist from H.R.M.C. Košice.

IT4ALL programme participants will be talking about their own experiences.
