She began her career as a <strong>project coordinator <\/strong> at the University of Pavol Jozef \u0160af\u00e1rik in Ko\u0161ice and then <span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;\">worked<\/span> also as a project coordinator for <strong>almost<\/strong> <strong style=\"font-size: 16px;\">ten years<\/strong> <strong style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> for the City of Ko\u0161ice<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>Later, she worked in the private sector as a <strong>project manager<\/strong> in a translation and interpreting agency. After gaining <strong>experience in the fields of education, public administration, and the private sector<\/strong>, she felt the need for involvement in the non-profit sector.<\/p>\n<p>Currently, she works at the Carpathian Foundation as a senior manager of grant programs. She is pleased when <strong>great ideas become a reality through projects <\/strong> and help in the development of eastern Slovakia. She is interested in <strong>inclusion<\/strong> in everyday life and schools, <strong>social development<\/strong>, and education.<\/p>\n<p>She has <strong>two sons and a daughter<\/strong>, so her family takes up almost all of her free time.
