This work gave her diverse <strong>experience in organising teams, in project planning, and in running a day center with a caf\u00e9 that serves as a social and community center<\/strong>. Working at a local non-profit has allowed her to increase her <strong>knowledge in marketing, accounting, and social skills through various outreach programs to disadvantaged groups<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n<p>At the Carpathian Foundation, she works as the <strong>manager of the We Love Ukraine programme<\/strong>.
