Their lives are shaped by discrimination and violence, which they face not only within their families but also in public. \n\nAnd sadly, many women will continue to face violence even during this Christmas.\n\nAnd it is precisely for these women that we launched the <a href=\"https:\/\/uprezeny.sk\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">UPre Women programme<\/a> in 2022. We support participants in building their self-confidence and acquiring the knowledge and skills they need. At the same time, we regularly deliver <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=_3sCS6ZrFMk&amp;ab_channel=Karpatsk%C3%A1nad%C3%A1cia\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">humanitarian aid<\/a> directly to Ukraine, even to areas near the Belarusian border where humanitarian assistance rarely reaches. <\/p>\n<p>Your support, through a <a
