Zuzka studied banking in her hometown Rimavská Sobota and foreign trade at the Goodwill College in Frýdek-Místek, Czech Republic.
After school, she worked in the banking sector, where she specialized in business clients and mortgage banking.
During her parental leave, Zuzka actively entered the third sector in the management of the non-profit organisation Carmel centrum n.o., which she managed for 11 years. This work gave her diverse experience in organising teams, in project planning, and in running a day center with a café that serves as a social and community center. Working at a local non-profit has allowed her to increase her knowledge in marketing, accounting, and social skills through various outreach programs to disadvantaged groups.
At the Carpathian Foundation, she works as the manager of the We Love Ukraine programme. In this work, she sees the importance of supporting third sector organisations, which have an irreplaceable role in our society.
She lives with her family in Sečovce, where she reads books in the winter and grows flowers in the warmer months.
