Dominika studied interpreting and translation for European institutions and economy at UPJŠ in Košice. And at MU in Brno, she studied sociology, gender studies, personnel management, and organizational development.
During her studies, she taught English and translated to/from English, and after graduation, she started working at a multinational IT company, first as a SAP administrator and later as a manager in the service quality control department. Subsequently, the path led her to the field of marketing and project management and the need for meaningful work and helping people led her all the way to the Carpathian Foundation.
While studying, she completed two volunteer work stays in cooperation with the organization INEX in Germany and the Czech Republic Currently, as part of the AjTyvIT organization, she is showing young girls the charm and possibilities of the graphic program Canva.
She loves using various new technological tools and exploring how things can be done even better. Dominika has two children, a good husband and a dog with whom she likes to travel, go on trips, cycle or just relax around at home.
