Norika studied at the Faculty of Public Administration at UPJŠ in Košice. She worked as a expert advisor at the district office for road transport and ground communications, and later at IBM as a project management support. Thanks to these experiences, she moved from the state administation through the private sector to the non-profit.
Currently, she works at the Carpathian Foundation as a senior manager of grant programmes. She is interested in topics related to early childhood education, inclusion, and alternative approaches to education.
She has a son named Filipko and enjoys working with people, traveling, and laughing.
